This is a two-story, single-family home with an approximate total area of 6,400 square feet, featuring a 3,600-square-foot first floor and a 2,800-square-foot second floor. The residence also includes an observation tower, which is used as a home office by the owner. Designed in a French architectural style, the exterior is constructed with precast concrete panels, blending Gothic and Renaissance influences to create a sophisticated and timeless aesthetic. The design incorporates elements such as pointed arches and ornate detailing typical of the Gothic style, along with classical symmetry and elegant proportions reminiscent of the Renaissance.
