Located in San Mateo’s Highlands area, this Eichler home has stood the test of time with minor modifications.  Prior to the client purchasing the home in 2001 the kitchen and bathrooms were remodeled.  To prepare for future improvements and repairs the client anticipates, they wanted to document the existing conditions as best as possible so that they will have plans for a potential remodel.  Also, the idea was that the plans would be helpful for any repairs that may be required.
